Presented By: NanoString and the BRCF Advanced Genomics Core
Spatial genomics and transcriptomics is a rapidly evolving area of research that enables correlation of the expression of tens of thousands of genes and hundreds of proteins with morphological location in a tissue. Spatial Applications can help both research and clinical development in areas like immuno-oncology, neurology, cardiovascular and infectious diseases.

NanoString’s GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP) provides a reproducible spatial understanding of transcriptome-wide gene and protein expression from targeted tissue areas. This seminar will illustrate how the GeoMx® DSP can be utilized to provide insights into the complexity and diversity of diseased samples from fresh frozen and FFPE slides with high plex protein and RNA assays with spatial information.
